Summary

Field Name	Description
Current balance	The current balance or account balance will reflect all of the credits and charges applied to a customer's account.
Available balance	The available balance will reflect all of the credits and charges applied to a customer's account as well as any amount reserved for future jobs or withdrawal requests.
Number of crawlable pages with available balance	The number of web pages you can crawl with your current available balance. Note that this does not include the amount required by the next field, "Number of CPU-hrs with available balance".
Number of CPU-hrs with available balance	The number of CPU-hours you can use with your current available balance. Note that this does not include the amount required by the previous field, "Number of crawlable pages with available balance".
Negative balance allowance	This is the amount by which your current balance can be negative before access to result files of jobs will be restricted (from most recent to oldest jobs). Because of the indeterminate nature of how much in charges a job may accumulate, the negative balance allowance is provided as a courtesy to customers. This value may be increased or decreased on a case-by-case basis.

Referral Credit

If you refer new users to 80legs, you can earn an additional $2.00 credit for each new user. These users will also receive a $1.00 credit on signup. Share the referral code provided with your friends and colleagues. They should use this code when signing up.

Withdraw Credit

If you'd like to withdraw credit, please contact us directly. We can process withdrawal claims manually. All withdrawals are subject to a fee of $0.30 + 2.90% per transaction. Your withdrawal amount must be more than $5.00 and cannot be more than $25,000. After withdrawal is processed, we will mail you a check within 2-3 business days.

Credit History

This contains a history of transactions on your account from an external payment processor such as Google Checkout.

Field Name	Description
Date	The date of this transaction.
Amount	The amount of the transaction.
Amount After Fees	The amount of the transaction after any associated processing fees.
Transaction Type	The type of transaction, such as Charge or Refund.
Transaction Method	The method of your transaction, such as Google Checkout.
Reference Number	The order number for this transaction, used to identify the transaction.
Status	The status of this transaction. Transactions may take a few minutes to process.

Charge History

This contains a history of charges and pro-rated refunds applied to your 80legs account. These are itemized by type (see below).

Field Name	Description
Date	The date when this charge was incurred.
Type	The type of this charge. Types include Job Charge, Pricing Plan Charge, Crawl Package Charge, and 80app Charge. Pro-rated refunds for each are also posted in this section.
Amount	The amount of the charge.
Description	A short description of the charge. Charges for job runs show Job Run IDs for reference.

Login Information

This is your username and password for 80legs. You can update this information to modify your login information.

Personal Information

This information lets us know who you are!

80legs Application and API Information

The Token field is needed for the 80legs Downloader App and for using the API. It serves as credentials to validate you to 80legs when using these services.

If you'd like to add an additional layer of security when using these services, enter one or more IP addresses that you'll be using when using 80legs. 80legs will only allow the Downloader App and API to be used from these IP addresses, if any are entered. If no IP addresses are entered, then these services can be used from any IP address (with the proper token).
