To ensure maximum efficiency and robustness of 80legs, we have implemented a storage policy for customer result files.  This applies to both self-directed crawls and crawl packages.

Self-Directed Crawls

1. We keep crawled and analyzed result files for a minimum of 3 days after a crawl completes.  Pricing Plan subscribers may have results kept for longer, up to 14 days.
2. Customers will not be able to download result files once they are deleted.
3. Result files are not recoverable after deletion.

Please contact us if you require additional storage time greater than 14 days.

Crawl Packages

1. We keep crawled and analyzed result files for a minimum of 30 days after a crawl completes.
2. Customers will not be able to download result files once they are deleted.
3. Result files are not recoverable after deletion.
